Harassment Prevention Policies

As an employee, your employer should provide you with, or make available, the following:

• The posters and notices related to sexual harassment prevention and training
• The pamphlets or handbooks created for employees (which contain anti-harassment policies)
• The training requirements for you and for employers
• The workplace's sexual harassment policies and prevention training
• The process of incident investigations

Keep in mind that there is no one way to create policies and inform employees of them. Each workplace will have a varying number of employees in the workforce and will have different budgets, line(s) of work, and other factors that may contribute to different types of harassment. The policy should reflect the intricacies of the business.
