Filing a Sexual Harassment Complaint at the Workplace
Your workplace's sexual harassment prevention policy must include clear instructions on how to file a complaint. As you already learned, the policy should include the person (or entity, such as a department) that you can speak with regarding an incident. One of these persons or entities can be a direct supervisor, but there should be another person or entity as well in case the alleged harasser is the complainant's direct supervisor.
