Amount of Labels Required
You need to include only one instance of a primary hazard label or subsidiary hazard label if the packaged hazardous materials have the same primary and or subsidiary hazards; you do not need to repeat the labels.
For hazardous materials that are palletized on a 463L or warehouse pallet, make sure that the label is clearly visible.
Hazardous cargo placed in the back of vehicles for transport must be positioned so that labels are clearly visible, or the labels for each hazard can be placed on a marker board that is visible.
For Limited Quantity packages, label the package based on the dangerous goods contained in it.
Excepted Quantities packages do not require hazard labels. See A19.2.3 for details.
