HAZMAT With Different PSN or UN ID
Hazardous materials with different Proper Shipping Names (PSNs) or UN ID numbers must not be shipped under the same Transportation Control Number (TCN). Complete the Shipper's Declaration For Dangerous Goods according to Attachment 17 to identify each PSN or UN ID number identified by the TCN (check A17.4.2 and A17.3 for exceptions). A single Shipper's Declaration will be used for multiple items of the same type shipped under one TCN.
A certifying official can make changes in ink to any field. Someone other than the certifying official can make ink changes to fields 1 (phone number but not the address), 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, and 19 without affecting the certification. You must sign above the change when correcting a field.
