Marking - Class 7
For Class 7 Radioactive Materials, the markings required by Attachment 14 and the following markings are required on all Excepted packages, and Type IP-1, IP-2, IP-3, Type A, Type B(U), or Type B(M) packages.
Mark each package over 50 kg (110 pounds) to show the gross weight and unit of measurement on the outside of the package.
If dry ice is used as a refrigerant, mark the PSN, UN ID number, and net quantity on the outer package.
Markings should be at least 12 mm high. For packages of 30 liter or 30 kilogram capacity or less, the markings should me a minimum height of 6 mm.
