Emergency Response

Emergency response training is required for all categories of personnel. It is important that you are familiar with your local requirements and are provided with emergency contact information.

Operators must have emergency procedures and an emergency plan that addresses dangerous goods. Operators are also required to provide flight crew and other employees with information on the actions to be taken in the event of an emergency.

The ICAO Emergency Response Guide provides procedures and guidance for emergency response incidents that deal with dangerous goods.
