Documentation of Testing

At the completion of testing, a test report with specific information is required to be made available to users of the packaging. This report includes information about the test facility, a unique test report identification, date of the test report, manufacturer of the packaging, description of the packaging type (with dimensions, specifications, and manufacturing methods), maximum capacity, characteristics of test contents used, test descriptions, and test results.
