Fissile material contains any of the following fissile nuclides:

The following materials are excluded from fissile classification:

Natural uranium or depleted uranium that is unirradiated
Natural uranium or depleted uranium that has been irradiated in thermal reactors only
Material with fissile nuclides less than a total of 0.25 grams

Packages containing fissile material must be classified under the relevant entry.
