Canada Road & Rail Transport - ERAP Approval & Refusal
When an ERAP application, or an application for renewal or revision of an ERAP, is approved, the Minister of Transport or other designated person must give the applicant, in writing, a reference number for the ERAP. If an application is refused, the Minister of Transport or other designated person must notify the applicant, in writing, of the refusal and the reasons for the refusal.
