Information Provided to Physician

For each employee, the employer must provide the attending physician one copy of 29 CFR 1910.120 (titled "Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response") and its appendices.

The employer must also provide the following:

• A description of the employee's duties in relation to the employee's potential and real exposures
• The employee's real or anticipated exposure levels
• A description of any personal protective equipment that is currently being used or will be used in the future
• Any information from the employee's previous medical examinations that is not readily available to the examining physician
• Information required by §1910.134 (the standard detailing the use of respirators)
