Safety Data Sheets, Section 15

Section 15 of a Safety Data Sheet is titled "Regulatory Information." It identifies the regulations related to safety, health, and the environment for the product that have not been indicated in another part of the SDS.

Since some chemicals may not require this information, this section is optional. When this section is included, the text may include any federal or regional regulatory information of the chemical or mixtures. It may also include any regulations from the following organizations:

• OSHA
• The federal, state, or local Department of Transportation
• The EPA
• The federal Consumer Product Safety Commission
