Site Control Program Components - Medical Assistance
29 CFR 1910.120(d)(3), titled "Elements of the Site Control Program," states the requirements for a site control program. In addition to stating the need for a site map, site work zones, site communications, and a buddy system , this standard states that the site control program must include "identification of the nearest medical assistance."
Therefore, employers must ensure that all personnel can locate the nearest medical assistance.
