Here is a sample of an organization structure for a hazardous waste site response team.
This is just an example and may not reflect the needs of every work site. In fact, OSHA notes that "for smaller investigative and response efforts, single individuals may perform several of the functions described."
Notice how the chart shows on-site and off-site personnel, essential and optional personnel, and "as-needed" personnel.
Also note how the table provides the title, general description of the employee's responsibilities, and specific responsibilities.
