Safety Data Sheets - Section 15

Section 15, titled "Regulatory Information," is optional, according to OSHA. When this section is included in the SDS, it identifies the regulations related to safety, health, and the environment for the product that have not been indicated in another part of the SDS. The information may include any federal or regional regulatory information of the chemical or mixtures, including any regulations from the following organizations:

• OSHA
• The federal, state, or local Department of Transportation
• The EPA
• The federal Consumer Product Safety Commission
