Tip No. 2: Improve Your Work Posture
Examine whether you can move the work to a more comfortable, waist-level position. If you cannot, then choose a tool that allows for comfortable positioning of your arms and shoulders. For instance, if the hand tool you choose requires raising your elbow or shoulder, then you will not have maximum driving force to grip and operate the tools. This means you may tire more easily and put excessive stress on your hands and arms.
