Rescue Operations - Phase 2: Entry & Rescue
The safety of the rescuer comes first. Without this, the rescue itself might become impossible.
Once the safest method and location of entry has been determined, the rescue team shall begin entry and rescue and recovery operations.
The time of entry must be recorded on the Entry Permit.
