Employer Responsibilities - Implement Solutions
Solutions will vary depending on the tasks and risks involved. Once you have selected solutions and improvements based on the job analyses and prioritization lists, it is a good idea to implement solutions on a trial basis before adopting them company-wide. Solutions may include redesigning workstations, changing job processes, or using new tools. Once the solutions have been implemented, it is important to monitor their effectiveness. Give employees enough time to adjust to the changes before drawing conclusions about the effectiveness of the solutions. Keep in mind that you may not find the best solution right away. Revise and adjust your solutions as needed.
