Wasps
Wasps are another type of flying, stinging insect. They can be aggressive around their nests. The size of wasp nests and the wasps in or near them can vary. They will build in trees and in corners, overhangs, eaves, and other parts of buildings and structures; some can build on the ground or under it.
There are other types of biting or stinging insects, but mosquitoes, ants, bees, and wasps are the main types. Check with local resources about other potentially harmful insects in your area.
