OSHA Overview
The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) has regulations in place to protect workers on cleanup operations. OSHA requires employers to have Health And Safety Plans (HASP)
The HASP serves as a guide for employers and workers to follow during their daily operations and tasks, to make sure that contamination is not spread and that workers stay safe and healthy.
Before starting work, it is critical that you review and understand all aspects of your employer's HASP.
