Regulations & Standards
OSHA is an agency of the U.S. Department of Labor. Under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSH Act), OSHA is charged with the enforcement of safety and health conditions of workers through the use of regulations and by providing for research, information, education, and training. OSHA regulations are published in Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 1915 for Shipyard, Part 1917 for Marine Terminals, and Part 1918 for Longshoring.

- 29 CFR 1918.94 - Ventilation and Atmospheric Conditions
