Employee - Training & Regulations

The employee is responsible for successfully completing all required lift truck safety training prior to performing tasks that require use of lift trucks. Employees must implement that training on the job and are expected to be alert and attentive at the work site in order to avoid hazards. All safety precautions must be taken, and all regulations outlined within the training must be followed as far as reasonably practicable. Employees should immediately report any safety concerns to their supervisor. Employees are also entitled to refuse work that they deem unsafe according to regulations. Failure to comply with safety regulations could result in serious injury or dismissal from the company.
