Supervisor - Risk Management

While work is being performed, the supervisor is to ensure that all safety procedures are being followed and that equipment is being utilized appropriately. It is also the supervisor's responsibility to inform workers of any hazards or risks present at the work site, especially those pertaining to equipment being used. In the event that a worker is not following safety procedures, it is the responsibility of the supervisor to take immediate corrective actions to ensure the safety of the employee. If any violations of safety protocol are witnessed, the supervisor is expected to report those findings to the employer.
