CSA

The Canadian Standards Association (CSA) is an international provider of product testing, certification, and standards. The CSA has compiled many OHS-related standards, including Z460-13, Control of Hazardous Energy - Lockout and Other Methods. This standard is referenced in the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations as well as many provincial and territorial regulations. The purpose of Z460-13 is to "assign responsibilities for hazardous energy control of machines, equipment, and processes to manufacturers, integrators, installers, and users."
