IATA Class 4 Excepted and Limited Quantities

Substances in Class 4, Packing Groups II and III are permitted under the excepted quantities provision, except for any self-reactive substances and UN 2555, UN 2556, UN 2557, UN 2907, UN 3292, and UN 3476.

Flammable solids in Division 4.1, Packing Groups II and III, but excluding self-reactive substances in any packing group, are permitted under the limited quantities provision. In addition, solids in Division 4.3, Packing Groups II and III are also permitted under the limited quantities provision.

Safety matches are permitted to be carried on one's person; however, they are not permitted in carry-on luggage or checked baggage. Strike-anywhere matches, lighter refills, and lighter fuel are forbidden under any circumstances.
