§176.907 lists requirements for HAZMAT transferred within cargo transport units.

When transported in cargo transport units, the cargo transport units must provide an adequate exchange of air in the unit. If cargo transport units have venting devices, ensure that the devices are kept clear and operable; if mechanical devices are used for ventilation, ensure that they are explosion-proof. Exceptions may be found in §176.907(c)(1).

When transporting cargo transport units, you must ensure that they are marked with a warning that includes the words "CAUTION - MAY CONTAIN FLAMMABLE VAPOR." The letters must be at least 25 mm (1 inch) high. The warning mark must be placed at each access point where it will be easily visible and must remain on the cargo transport unit certain provisions listed in §176.907 are met.
