Prior to Respirator Use

Prior to wearing a respirator, workers must undergo a medical evaluation. This includes completing a mandatory medical questionnaire. This questionnaire is to ensure that the physician evaluates the employee based on specific information needed to determine if the employee can safely conduct operations while using a respiratory device.
