Respirator Storage
Storage must protect respirators from dust, sunlight, heat, extreme cold, excessive moisture, and any potentially damaging chemicals. Be careful packing respirators for storage: do not stuff them into boxes or stack them in a way that they will be smashed; rather, position each respirator to keep its natural configuration. Make sure that facepieces and exhalation valves are in a normal position. This will keep the rubber or plastic from deforming while in storage.
